Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to products offered by Triad-Orbit Canada (“Triad-Orbit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. General Policy

At present, this website functions primarily as a dealer-only product catalogue. Online checkout is not currently enabled.

All returns, refunds, or credits—when applicable—are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance by Triad-Orbit Canada.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • No returns are accepted without prior authorization

  • Returns are generally limited to:

    • Defective products

    • Products damaged in transit

    • Incorrect items shipped by Triad-Orbit Canada

Returns for reasons including, but not limited to, over-ordering, change of mind, or customer preference are not accepted.


3. Return Authorization (RMA)

To request a return, you must contact Triad-Orbit Canada at info@triad-orbit.ca and provide:

  • Order or invoice reference number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage or defects)

If approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.


4. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be returned in original packaging, where applicable

  • Be unused and in resalable condition, unless defective

  • Be shipped within the timeframe specified in the RMA authorization

Triad-Orbit Canada reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or credit.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Shipping costs for warranty-related defects may be handled at Triad-Orbit Canada’s discretion


6. Refunds and Credits

  • Approved returns may be issued as a refund, credit, or replacement, at Triad-Orbit Canada’s discretion

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued using the original method of payment or as a credit on account

  • Processing times for refunds or credits may vary


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or shipped in error:

  • Special-order products

  • Clearance or discontinued items

  • Products marked as non-returnable


8. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Warranty claims may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer

  • Triad-Orbit Canada does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad-Orbit Canada shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns, refunds, or product use.


10. Changes to This Policy

Triad-Orbit Canada reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on this website.
