At present, this website functions primarily as a dealer-only product catalogue. Online checkout is not currently enabled.

When applicable, all shipping arrangements, costs, and timelines are confirmed separately at the time an order is placed or invoiced.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Shipping is currently available within Canada only

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

  • International shipping may be offered in the future at our discretion

  • Processing times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

  • Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays observed in Québec, Canada


4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected by Triad-Orbit Canada unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Risk of delay may result from carrier issues, weather, customs, or force majeure events


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not displayed on the website

  • All shipping charges are calculated and communicated separately

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be included on invoices or order confirmations


6. Taxes and Duties

  • Applicable taxes (including GST and QST) are charged according to the shipping destination

  • No duties or customs fees apply to shipments within Canada


7. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment from our facility

  • Triad-Orbit Canada is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • The recipient must notify Triad-Orbit Canada within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)

  • Supporting documentation (photos, carrier reports) may be required

  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Triad-Orbit Canada is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Additional costs

  • Lost shipments
    resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
